OARS321 is a boat registration, event managment and scoring system designed for yacht clubs or organisers to hold events and make it easy for participants to keep their boat details up to date and quickly register as an entry into multiple events without having to duplicate their boat detais each time.
You can either register as a MEMBER if you have a boat you intend to enter into an event (you can have multiple boats and enter multiple events all at the same time )
